Users of BCARDS’s BCARDS.com mobile business card service (the “Service”) are prohibited from engaging in any of the following prohibited conduct:

1. Entering any text or data into the BCARDS.com site which is not used for the sole purpose of your mobile business card or violates our terms of use policy.

2. Uploading any file, image or video which is not used for the sole purpose of your mobile business card or violates our terms of use policy.

3. Violating the intellectual property rights of others including copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, software piracy, and patents held by individuals, corporations, or other entities

4. Violating the privacy, publicity, or other personal rights of others

5. Duplicating the software, documentation, data or functionality of any or all parts of BCARDS.com for personal or business use or without the expressed or written consent of BCARDS, Inc. and its representatives.

6. Accessing or attempting to access any unauthorized areas of BCARDS.com, physical or digital, such as software, servers, ip addresses or host names.

7. Attempting to access a BCARDS.com user account that you did not register online or without the consent of the account holder.

8. Registering for more than one free trial account or coupon per user.

9. Engaging in any other activity, whether lawful or unlawful, that BCARDS, in its sole discretion, determines to be harmful to customers, operations, reputation, goodwill, or customer relations

Failure to abide by this acceptable use policy

BCARDS reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to restrict or remove from its servers any content that it deems to be in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, any of its other Policies or any applicable laws. BCARDS may such action as it deems necessary, including:

1. issuing warnings

2. suspending or terminating the Service

3. restricting or prohibiting any and all uses of content hosted on its systems, and/or

4. disabling or removing

   a. any of your mobile business card information or files

   b. any of your content distributed or made available to insurance companies or legal entities, or

   c. other content supplied by you to BCARDS or BCARDS.com

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing herein obligates BCARDS to monitor or exert editorial control over the information made available for distribution via the Service and you acknowledge that BCARDS has no obligation to censor or monitor use of the Services by you or your representatives, nor do we have any obligation to censor or monitor any content, material or other information sent, received or accessible through the Service.

BCARDS shall not be obligated to refund fees to users whose Service has been terminated as a result of their violation of this Policy, our Terms of Use , Privacy policy and/or Anti-Spam policy.
