This website and mobile application is intended for customers to create their mobile business card. This privacy policy applies to all customer-identifiable information BCards obtains when a customer visits and uses this website and the BCARDS.com mobile business card services (the “Service). Our privacy policy also applies to any personal application accessed from the mobile application user's phone where the BCards app is installed.

BCards respects the privacy of its mobile application customers and visitors to this website. Your personal information is only collected, used and disclosed by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy. By using our website and purchasing the Service, you are expressly consenting to and have knowledge of the collection, use and disclosure of personal information, as identified in this Privacy Policy. We only collect contact information about you or your mobile contacts for the sole purpose of creating, collecting or sending mobile business cards. Our mobile business cards, otherwise referred to as BCards, can be created and shared on our website or by utilizing the mobile business application. We do not sell or reuse personeal information. Users of our website and mobile application have the option to share their personal or business information through our service. Users must specifically and knowingly provide it as part of their use of the Service. This information may include your:

  • A recipient of your mobile business card decides to share your contact information with one of thier mobile contacts by forwarding your mobile business card through the use of our mobile application.

  • As otherwise required by law

    • ANY DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO A THIRD PARTY IS CONFIDENTIAL AND THE INFORMATION SHALL BE USED ONLY FOR THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH IT WAS DISCLOSED.

    Retention of Your Information

    The information you provide when registering with us for the Service is stored in our secure databases as long as you are an BCARDS.com customer. You must notify BCards if you no longer want your information to be retained by us. If you contact us with a question or comment, any information identifying you is only kept long enough for us to provide you with a response, unless we are required by law to keep it for a longer period of time.
